According to the numerous studies, many if not the majority of the Russian-speaking and other Diaspora Jews see Israel as the important resource of new Hebrew culture codes and behavioral models that are able to provide the ethnic essence to the Russian-Jewish version of the “Diaspora Zionism”. However, in what way, looking at the current Israeli cultural landscape, the contemporary Jewish state can meet this demand and formulate the collective message of the Israeli society to the Diaspora Jewry?
